Adding a lead in Voolt lets you gather and save the contact info of potential customers for your business. Often, it takes multiple interactions with a business before someone becomes a customer. With their contact details, you can start these interactions and make a positive impression through helpful content.
How to Add a New Lead
1. Go to your Leads dashboard in the left menu or simply click here.
2. To add a new lead to your Voolt account, click on the "Add Lead" button. A window will slide in from the right, prompting you to enter the following personal information for your new lead:
- Lead’s Full Name
- Lead’s Address
- Lead’s Phone Number
- Lead’s Email Address
3. After entering the personal details, click on the "Next Step" button to proceed. Another window will appear, where you can enter additional information about your new lead:

| Status |
Select the status of your new lead from the following options:
Unqualified Customer: Reserved for leads who are not a suitable match for your services, such as those seeking services you don't provide. |
| Select Budget |
Select the budget range for your new lead:

| Select Service | Select the service to be rendered to the new lead. |
| Appointment Scheduled Time | Select the date and time for the appointment of the new lead. |
| Notes | Add notes with respect to the new lead. |
4. Once you've filled in all the necessary details, click the "Add Contact" button.
5. When you've successfully added the new lead, you will see their contact information displayed in your Voolt leads interface, as illustrated below.
