A lead is someone who shows interest in a company's offerings or services. With Voolt, you can oversee and handle details about these leads, like their personal data or their potential to become future customers.
Navigating To Leads
1. Log into your Voolt account, and you'll be directed to the main dashboard.
2. From the left menu, select the 'Leads' option to access the Leads section.
Manage Your Existing Leads
After navigating to the Leads section, you can perform the following actions on your existing leads:

Update the status of the lead. You can choose from any of the following statuses:

| Calling | Make a call to the lead. |
| SMS | Send an SMS to the lead |
| Mailing | Send an email to the lead. |
Note: You can also click on the “Details” button at the end of the corresponding lead to view more details on the lead. The app will save your activities for convenience. Actions like sending an SMS, making a call, or sending an email to a customer will be saved in the "Details" section.
Calling a Lead
To call a lead, you can click on the Details button and select "Call". You can copy the number to the clipboard or select "Call Now".


Send an SMS to a Lead
To send an SMS to a lead, you can click on the Details button and select "SMS". You can copy the number to the clipboard or select "Text now".


Send an Email to a Lead
To send an Email to a lead, you can click on the Details button and select "Email". You can copy the email address to the clipboard or select "Email now".


Please note that if one of the buttons is unavailable, it means that the lead doesn't add the information to the contact form.
