Navigation to Analytics
1: Log in to your Voolt account, and you'll be directed to the main dashboard.
Here, you can easily access a snapshot of your daily stats, such as the number of website visitors and the leads generated by your automated campaigns.


2: Head to the Analytics section by clicking the 'Analytics' button located in the left menu.
Voolt Analytics offers a comprehensive view of various metrics related to your website and marketing efforts.
Note: To ensure you have the most up-to-date information on your dashboards, we process all reporting and analytical data for Voolt in batch format every 30 minutes.


Access Voolt Analytics
With Voolt Analytics, you can gather valuable insights into website traffic, user interactions, conversion rates, and other essential metrics, aiding in the enhancement of website performance and the optimization of marketing endeavors.
Categories of Analytics
Voolt Analytics is divided into two categories as stated below:
Web Analytics
This section of the analytics collects, measures, and analyzes the metrics related to your website data as explained in the table below:
| Metrics | Sub Metrics | Description |
| Total Visits | Paid Traffic | Website visitors who came to your website by clicking on a paid advertisement from Voolt Marketing for Google Ads. |
| Organic Traffic | Website visitors who found your website through a search engine, such as Google, without clicking on an ad. | |
| Lead Statistics | Paid Traffic | Website visitors who came to your website by clicking on a paid advertisement and turned into actual leads (customers). |
| Organic Traffic | Website visitors who came to your website through search engines, such as Google without clicking on an ad turn into actual leads (customers). | |
| Visits by Devices | Desktop | The total number of desktop devices through which the visitors visited your website. |
| Mobile | The total number of mobile devices through which visitors visited your website. |


Marketing Analytics
This section of the analytics measures manages and analyses the marketing performance of your website through the metrics as explained in the table below:

| Cost | Cost or charges to advertise your website (per month in $). |
| Clicks | This counts the number of times the users have clicked on an ad to reach out to your website. |
| Voolt Leads | Website visitors who came to your website and turned into actual leads. |
| Cost Per Lead | This is the marketing cost to acquire a lead. |
| Conversion Rate | The number of conversions you achieve, divided by the total number of visitors to your website, multiplied by 100 to get the conversion percentage. |


Filter the Analytics
You can filter your analytics from the top-right corner of the interface by date ranges from today to 30 days before.
