At Voolt, we strive to make managing your marketing campaigns as seamless as possible, and our Auto-Billing feature is designed to do just that.
Voolt’s Auto-Billing feature ensures that your marketing campaigns continue running smoothly by automatically topping up your balance when it gets low. Since your Voolt ads run on a Cost Per Click (CPC) model, you are charged a small amount each time someone interacts with your ads. As your balance decreases, Auto-Billing steps in to keep your balance replenished, preventing any campaign interruptions and ensuring your ads stay live.
How to Manage Auto-Billing
If you ever want to disable Auto-Billing, it’s a simple process. Just follow these steps:
- Start by logging into your Voolt account.
- From your dashboard, click on "Account."
- In the dropdown, choose the "Subscription" section.
- Under "Voolt Marketing for Google and Meta Ads," you’ll see an option to disable Auto-Billing. Click the button to turn it off.
- Once Auto-Billing is disabled, you will receive notifications when your marketing balance is getting low.
- After that, you’ll need to manually top up your balance to continue running your ads.
Disabling Auto-Billing means you’ll have to be more proactive with monitoring your marketing budget, but you’ll still receive the same level of support and notification to ensure your campaigns stay on track.
If you ever need assistance with Auto-Billing or have further questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help!
