If you already have a domain registered with Google Domains and want to use it for your Voolt website — great choice! The process is simple and only takes a few minutes. You just need to update your domain’s nameservers in your Google Domains account to point it to Voolt’s servers.
Here’s exactly how to do it:
Go to domains.google.com
Click Sign In at the top right.
Enter your Google account details to access your Google Domains Dashboard.
On the dashboard, find the domain you’d like to connect to Voolt.
Click the domain name to open its settings.
In the left-hand menu, click on DNS.
Scroll down to the Name servers section.
Click Use custom name servers.
Delete any existing name servers if needed.
Enter Voolt’s nameservers:
ns1.voolt.com
ns2.voolt.com
11. Click Save to apply your changes.
After updating your nameservers, please allow up to 24–48 hours for the changes to fully propagate across the internet (this is normal and called DNS propagation).
Once the nameservers update is complete, your Google Domain will automatically point to your Voolt website — no further steps are needed!
