How to Manually Customize your Website

Your website is prepared for use but requires customization with your unique information to effectively communicate your business to customers.

Reminder: When creating your website, you have the choice between 'Improve your Website' and 'Make the changes yourself.' These options function independently. It's important to note that if you initially choose to explore on your own and subsequently decide to improve your site using our Site Wizard, it's not possible to. 

We strongly recommend starting with our Site Wizard Tool to streamline the process and then making manual adjustments afterward to enhance your experience.

How to edit my website.

At the upper part of your screen, there is a menu that facilitates navigation between pages, allows you to modify your General Setup to change your color palette and font styles under the Branding section, selects your Website Call-to-Action, and the Primary Method of Contact, and offers options for previewing and publishing your website.

Navigate between your website pages

With Voolt, each service you add will automatically become a page on your website. You can easily customize each page by selecting them individually here.

General Setup

Here you can change your color palette, fontsets, and button styles under Branding, add your Phone Number to allow your customers to call you, and your Website Call-to-Action button.

Preview and publish

By clicking 'Preview,' your website will open in another tab, displaying all the customizations you've made. When you're satisfied and ready to make your website live, simply click the 'Publish' button.

After publishing your website, all modifications will be visible on your live webpage. So, remember to click the 'Publish' button, alright?

You can revisit your website's customization anytime to make any necessary changes.

To manually customize the content of your page, follow these steps:

1. Access your Website management page.

2. Scroll down the page and click on the section where you wish to make changes. 

3. After completing all of your manual changes, click on the 'Publish' button located at the upper right corner of your page. After publishing your website, all modifications will be visible on your live webpage.

Edit Section

At the 'Edit Section' feature, you can modify every text element in that section of your website. Simply click on the icon within each section and make the desired changes.

Change Design

When accessible, the 'Change Design' tool provides you with alternative section designs. To view these designs, simply click on the button 🔁.

Move a section Up and Down

If you prefer, you can rearrange the sections of your website by moving them up and down to suit your desired organization, simply click on ⬆️ or ⬇️ buttons. 

Note: You are unable to reposition the Website header, Hero section, and Footer.

Add new section

You have the option to continually incorporate new sections into your website. Click on ✚ to explore all the available new sections.

Delete section

When accessible, if there are sections you don't like, simply remove them by clicking on 🗑️.

Add/Change Services

In the services section, you can add, edit, and remove the services offered by your business.

Great job! When you're content and prepared to launch your website, just click the 'Publish' button.

Once your website is published, all the changes will appear on your live webpage. So, don't forget to click the 'Publish' button, okay?

You can always return to customize your website whenever you need to make adjustments.
